We are currently shipping only within India but we are going to introduce international shipping very shortly. We currently deliver to 29 states across India.** Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. ** Pls. refer to the list of serviceable pin codes
We offer free shipping on select products and cities across India. Gift wrapping option is also available at an additional cost. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
For example, seller WS Retail charges Rs 65 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 1399. While orders of Rs 1399 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Sellers to understand their delivery charges.
CASH ON DELIVERY: (COD)
Cash on delivery option is available in select cities. Please refer to the list of pin codes where COD options can be availed. Any additional charges (as applicable) would be intimated at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. Delivery charges if any would be clearly visible during checkout.
TIME OF DELIVERY:
The merchandise you have ordered would be delivered within 2 weeks from the date Your Purchase, S9FASHION.com ensures the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. The goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days of your purchase however for items that are not yet in our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. Here is the process we follow: For goods available in the warehouse, we dispatch within 2 days after the confirmed payment receipt – on your order. After the orders are placed, we take 1-2 days to refinish the merchandise. Post this, merchandise is checked for quality and then shipped to your destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
DAMAGES IF ANY:
If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged or tampered with you should refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or email us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier services, certain issues could arise before the parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality, promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for your information. A second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hours, along with a card. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to Styletag.com Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions at an additional cost if applicable.
S9FASHION.com offers an EASY 11-day refund policy on apparel and footwear items.
S9FASHION.com will accept returns on the following items for store credit within 30 days from the time your order is shipped:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, because our sales are available for a limited time we are unable to offer exchanges of any kind. To receive a full store credit, return your item(s) within 11 days of your order being received at your end. Items should be returned in their original condition. If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel and footwear only), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 2 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our customer care number between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email authorizing the returns. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 11 days of us sending the authorizing email.
Post receipt of the returned product(s), we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for a refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the returned product(s) for you. All refunds will be made out through cheques.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step: When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization email. At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure mail.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at email@example.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged/shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Please note S9FASHION.com will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit of the same.
ABOUT STORE CREDITS:
We do not issue cash refunds for returned items, but we will credit your S9FASHION.com account for the full purchase amount of the returned item. Store credit can be used towards any items for S9FASHION.com. If your store credit exceeds the total amount of your next purchase, the excess credit balance will remain in your account and will be available for use towards any future purchases. If your store credit does not cover the amount of your next purchase, you will be asked for another form of payment to cover the balance. The Order History section under "My Account" will show the status of your current order as well as any information on previous orders, including any store credits in your account. Your store credits can also be viewed on the 'Checkout' page of your account.
Merchandise that is not returned within 11 days of your original purchase date will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you.
